How do I know which treatment is right for me?+
Every appointment begins with a consultation and assessment. We review your relevant health history, discuss your concerns and goals, and recommend an individualized approach. Complimentary phone and text consultations are also available before booking.
Is a consultation and assessment done before treatment?+
Yes. A consultation and assessment are carried out before every procedure. We review your health information, discuss your goals, and confirm that the treatment you have chosen is appropriate for you. For new clients this includes medical provider clearance, which is included in the cost of the procedure and can be completed in the office or through a telehealth video consultation.
Who performs treatments at Ivy Infusions and Wellness?+
Applicable clinical treatments and procedures are performed by Anna, a licensed Registered Nurse with more than 20 years of nursing experience, under established protocols and Medical Director oversight. Personalized skincare services are also provided by Diliara, a Licensed Esthetician certified in DMK Enzyme Therapy.
How should I prepare for an IV infusion?+
Please confirm your appointment. If possible, complete your health history form ahead of your visit: it is not required, but it saves time on the day. On the day of your infusion, we recommend staying well hydrated, eating a light meal or snack beforehand, and wearing comfortable clothing.
How should I prepare for PRP hair restoration?+
Stay well hydrated and eat a light meal before your appointment. Arrive with clean, dry hair and scalp, free of oils, sprays, gels, or other styling products. Detailed pre-treatment preparation and aftercare instructions will be provided prior to your appointment.
How should I prepare for a facial or aesthetic treatment?+
Preparation may vary depending on the treatment. We recommend arriving with clean skin and, whenever possible, without makeup or skincare products. Treatment-specific preparation and aftercare instructions will be provided based on the service you select.
Are consultations complimentary?+
Phone and text consultations are complimentary. A separate in-office consultation is $40. When you schedule a treatment, a consultation and assessment are included as part of your appointment at no additional charge. We will review your health information, discuss your goals, and determine whether the selected treatment is appropriate for you.
How do I schedule an appointment?+
Ivy Infusions and Wellness is an appointment-only practice. To schedule IV therapy, NAD+, PRP, microneedling, vitamin injections or other medical aesthetic treatments, please call or text (215) 479-0812 to speak directly with our team. If we cannot pick up, leave a voicemail with your name, phone number and the reason for your call, and we will call you back during business hours. Text messages are welcome at any time; we reply as soon as we are available, so please allow a little time for an answer. Appointments with our Licensed Esthetician can be booked directly online through Vagaro.
Is a deposit required to reserve an appointment?+
A $75 deposit is required when booking and is applied toward the total cost of your service. For services priced below $75, the required deposit is 50% of the service cost.
What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?+
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments without prior notice, result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Do you offer packages, gift cards, or special promotions?+
Gift cards are available in any amount toward eligible services. Select treatments, including PRP Hair Restoration and certain facial treatments, may be offered as packages. New clients receive 10% off eligible services, and our Bring-a-Friend offer gives both guests 10% off eligible services. Offers cannot be combined or applied to already discounted packages.
Which payment methods and languages do you support?+
We accept cash and most major credit and debit cards, as well as Zelle, Venmo, and PayPal. Consultations and client communication are available in English and Russian, and translation assistance may be used when needed.
